Bart A. Berkey

Class of 1985

Recognized as one of the “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing, “ Bart is also an author and a motivational speaker. He leads part of a domestic global sales team for Marriott International Luxury Brands . Bart’s book, “ Most People Don’t, And Why You Should,” encourages others to act upon professional and personal improvement.


Robert W. Farrow

Class of 1974

Bob dedicated 47 years to public service initially volunteering at Unity VFD. From being in the first class of paramedics, Bob rose to Chief of the City of Pittsburgh EMS. Bob served as Hazardous Materials Chief, team leader for the PA USAR strike team handling building collapses after 9/11, and leader on the G-20 planning team hosted by President Obama in Pittsburgh.


Edward J. Kachurik

Class of 1975

A creator of unique glass sculptures, Ed’s work can be seen in museums and galleries throughout the country. His work can be found in the homes and offices of many distinguished leaders and companies throughout the world . His glass sculptures include glass art pieces, awards, recognition gifts, and cremation sculptures for people and pets.

Andrea Miller, DVM

Class of 1999

While Dr. Miller found experiences in lab animal research and shelter work interesting, her true passion was caring for and treating small animals in private practice. She employs a part-time doctor and six employees in her small animal hospital. She also volunteers her time providing education about animal care and veterinary medicine to students of all ages.

Andrea Ferraco Redinger

Class of 1997

An outstanding educator and a teacher leader, Andrea has received many awards. She was recognized as the Outstanding New Biology Teacher for the United States and received the Outstanding Biology Teacher Award for Pennsylvania. She was instrumental in founding the Pennsylvania Science Curriculum Council as a means for science instructors to share effective methods of instruction.
