Anna F. Zvirman Nesbit
PHS Class of 2003

After Anna Zvirman Nesbit graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2007, she worked at Soxman Funeral Homes, LTD and eventually became a shareholder.  She has earned additional certificates and designations including the highest professional designation in funeral service, Certified Funeral Service Practitioner. Under her direction, Soxman Funeral Home achieved the prestigious Pursuit of Excellence Award. Anna has cared for thousands of local families in their time of need.

 

Eddie Edwards, Jr.
PHS Class of 1991

Eddie’s career as a lawyer has focused on negotiating contracts for NBA and NFL athletes and also representing some of the nation’s largest companies in their contract negotiations, acquisitions, and sales.  He has served as legal counsel to some of Hollywood’s brightest stars and served as legal counsel in contract negotiations. Besides practicing Corporate, Sport, and Entertainment law, Eddie serves on several Boards and frequently serves as outside general counsel.

 

Jeffrey Schmeck
PHS Class of 1976

Working over three decades in the material handling and maintenance industry, Jeff Schmeck began his career in Ohio and North Carolina and eventually

launched his own successful company delivering world class service nationwide selling state-of-the-art materials handling equipment and maintenance services to Fortune 100 retailers.

Jeff earned Clarion University’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 2018. He continues to serve as a consultant, coach, and board member and as an active member of various community organizations.

 

CPT Charles R. “Randy” Morgan
PHS Class of 1975
For over 40 years, Randy served as an Active Duty Navy SEAL and Federal employee.  He deployed over 18 years to every continent. Randy is a qualified Navy Parachutist, Combat Swimmer, Advanced Open Ocean Diver, and Expert Pistol and Rifleman.  He continued as a Senior Civilian for training 77 Navy Bases Worldwide. Now he focuses on veterans in transition and veteran charities and foundations. He has mentored over 500 veterans and his gym has trained over 400 youth in Martial Arts and Self Defense. 

He advocates Service, Sacrifice, and “Treating All with Dignity and Respect.”

 

Shea Hoffmann Murtaugh
PHS Class of 1990

As the Founder and CEO of Hoffmann Murtaugh, Shea has built the largest media only agency in Pittsburgh, one of the fastest growing marketing agencies in the city today.  She leads the agency’s strategic vision and oversees client relationships and business development.  Shea is involved with several non-profit organizations in the city including Executive Board member of the Pittsburgh Film Office, member of Community Board of CORE, member of Allegheny Conference, FBI Citizen’s Academy. RiverLife and more.
